This policy applies to orders placed at morinva.shop, operated by Promise Good LLC ("MORINVA", "we", "us").
30-day returns. You may request a return for most new, unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
How to start a return. Email promisegoodllc@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Do not ship anything back until we reply. Items sent without authorization or to the wrong address cannot be refunded. We will send the return address, which is usually a US fulfillment warehouse, and instructions.
Conditions. Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Vacuum bags that have been used or damaged cannot be returned. Proof of purchase is required.
Return shipping. Customers pay return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong, defective or damaged item).
Refunds. After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you about the status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Damaged or defective items. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
